Evaluation reports are either openly accessible via pdf download, or accessible via MSF's internal Sharepoint, which is mainly due to the sensitive nature of the operational contexts and resulting content. However, there are ongoing discussions about making all evaluation reports publicly searchable. MSF OCB: Trauma Centres Evaluation, 2015

In 2010 the operational prospects for OCB (strategic operational plan) outlined the broad objectives for the coming three years and placed renewed attention on key medical areas including surgery and emergency and acute medicine, bringing about increased investment in two hospital programs where OCB focussed on providing emergency surgical care in third level facilities in Tabarre and Kunduz.

Projet MSF de Lubutu, RDC : Analyse des dépenses et du coût du projet

Executive Summary in English, main report in French The 2 objectives for MSF in Lubutu for the 5 years duration of the project are 1) to bring quality health care to the population 2) to capitalise on a model of care for MSF. This study takes place within the capitalisation objective of the project by analysing its expenses and cost. The goal of this study is also to improve the efficiency of the project.
