Call for Evaluation MSF HIV/AIDS project in Kinshasa, DRC

The Stockholm Evaluation Unit (SEU) is calling for proposals for an evaluation of an MSF HIV/AIDS project in Kinshasa, DRC.

Please note that this evaluation is looking for a partly French-speaking evaluation team. Please read the ToRs thoroughly before sending in your application. 

Requirements

Interested applicants with the right profile/s should submit:

1. A proposal describing how to carry out this evaluation (including budget in a separate file)
2. a CV and
3. a written sample from previous work.
