Review of OCA General Director recruitment and leadership transition crisis

This review report has been commissioned by the Council to improve the ways of working and decision making in the Council through the learning from the recruitment and onboarding of the General Director (GD) and the Council response to issues which arose in this period.

The review takes place as part of the process to improve OCA council governance, accountability and ways of working between the Council, OCA Management Team (MT), the Board and other partner sections boards.
