Haiti earthquake response inter-sectional review, 2010
Following the devastating earthquake in Haiti in January 2010, MSFs Committee of Executive Directors decided to conduct a global review of MSFs response to the disaster. This exercise covered the interventions of the five operational centres and consisted of six specific reviews looking at the different axes of the response: global/operational, medical/surgical, logistic/supply, communication, human resources and fund raising. An intended inter-sectional finance review and/or audit did not take place. Evaluators consider this the biggest limitation of this review exercise.
