This evaluation examines the OCA’s response to the severe threat posed by Covid-19 to people everywhere, including in OCA’s offices; a threat that simultaneously jeopardised existing programming, carried the potential of a worldwide medical crisis, and disrupted core OCA habits in terms of travel, supply, transport, staffing, and security.

Dans cette zone, les violences sexuelles (VS) constituent un problème de santé publique majeur, exacerbé par la présence de groupes armés et les déplacements de population.

Breastfeeding (BF) gives children the healthiest start in life and is especially vital during emergencies. In Palestine, particularly in Gaza’s ongoing humanitarian crisis protecting, promoting, and supporting BF is a life-saving intervention.

Due to the numerous shifts and adaptations required to make the program responsive and operational during the 2018-2024 period, MSF initiated this review to assess how MHPSS adapted to prolonged political instability, recurrent violence, public health emergencies, and structural constraints within the Palestinian health system.

This formative evaluation sought to document the evolution of the "A New Era of Working with Community Organisations" project and explore its added value, relevance and contribution after nearly four years of implementation.
