Evaluation of MSF-OCB’S Malaria Project in Bili, DRC

This evaluation aims at assessing the Bili project in DRC, since its start in July 2017 until its closure in November 2019. The evaluation focuses on reviewing the project relevance and appropriateness, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability, with a special attention to community case management of malaria (CCMm) or integrated Community Case management (iCCM) to the extent it has been implemented. It seeks to analyse achievements and challenges and to document lessons learned.

The findings and recommendations of this evaluation are meant to be used by MSF to inform decisions and improve implementation in future project(s) in DRC and similar contexts.
