This evaluation examines the OCA’s response to the severe threat posed by Covid-19 to people everywhere, including in OCA’s offices; a threat that simultaneously jeopardised existing programming, carried the potential of a worldwide medical crisis, and disrupted core OCA habits in terms of travel, supply, transport, staffing, and security.

In 2023-2025, a Transformational Investment Capacity (TIC) grant funded the transformation of KSU into MSF Supply Kenya (MSFSK), a fully operational regional supply centre under MSF Supply governance.

In 2021, MSF created the role of Nigeria Country Representative, which focuses on external representation while also addressing a range of day-to-day operational challenges. After five years, this evaluation assesses MSF’s intersectional setup in Nigeria and the CR role.

This evaluation assesses the Homere intersectional governance model two years after its January 2023 implementation. The assessment was commissioned by the Homere Governance Team and conducted in accordance with MSF Vienna Evaluation Unit standards.

This independent evaluation assessed the Amman Mutualised Support Office (AMSO) between 2023 and 2025, examining its design, governance and future feasibility under the Host Country Agreement (HCA).

Ce rapport présente des enseignements en temps réel issus d’une visite de terrain du projet Fagnimbogna, réalisée à la fin de la première année de mise en œuvre par MSF OCG Mission Madagascar (dans le cadre plus large du projet Ikongo MG161). Il vise à soutenir la gestion adaptative du projet, à renforcer le modèle de partenariat, et à contribuer à la consolidation des apprentissages et de la mémoire institutionnelle à l’entrée dans la phase suivante.

Depuis 2019, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) intervient dans la Zone de Santé de Salamabila, une région de la province du Maniema, en République Démocratique du Congo, confrontée à des défis critiques. Le contexte est marqué par une insécurité chronique, une présence humanitaire très limitée et des infrastructures défaillantes, qui accentuent la vulnérabilité des populations. Dans cette zone, les violences sexuelles (VS) constituent un problème de santé publique majeur, exacerbé par la présence de groupes armés et les déplacements de population.

Breastfeeding (BF) gives children the healthiest start in life and is especially vital during emergencies. In Palestine, particularly in Gaza’s ongoing humanitarian crisis protecting, promoting, and supporting BF is a life-saving intervention.

Due to the numerous shifts and adaptations required to make the program responsive and operational during the 2018-2024 period, MSF initiated this review to assess how MHPSS adapted to prolonged political instability, recurrent violence, public health emergencies, and structural constraints within the Palestinian health system.

This formative evaluation sought to document the evolution of the "A New Era of Working with Community Organisations" project and explore its added value, relevance and contribution after nearly four years of implementation.
