In 2021, MSF created the role of Nigeria Country Representative, which focuses on external representation while also addressing a range of day-to-day operational challenges. After five years, this evaluation assesses MSF’s intersectional setup in Nigeria and the CR role.

This evaluation assesses the Homere intersectional governance model two years after its January 2023 implementation. The assessment was commissioned by the Homere Governance Team and conducted in accordance with MSF Vienna Evaluation Unit standards.

This independent evaluation assessed the Amman Mutualised Support Office (AMSO) between 2023 and 2025, examining its design, governance and future feasibility under the Host Country Agreement (HCA).

MSF’s intersectional return to Somalia commenced in 2015 and its huge efforts have resulted in several operational projects whilst mitigating operational and institutional risks.

The Southeast and East Asia-Pacific Project (SEEAP) is a formal partnership between the Institutional members of MSF Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia in close collaboration with the branch office of The Republic of Korea.

This evaluation highlights both strengths and challenges of the MOM model, including opportunities for the future based on lessons learned from this experience.

This evaluation report summarises key learning around MSF-Germany’s (MSF-G) strategic plan (SP) (2021-2024) to improve and inform decisions, support resource allocation and inform strategic priorities for MSF-G’s 2025-2029 SP. This evaluation was commissioned by the MSF-G general director (GD) and head of strategy and planning, and completed by Standard of Proof, in collaboration with the MSF Vienna Evaluation Unit (VEU).

The Stockholm Evaluation Unit Steering Committee commissioned this meta-evaluation to assess the quality and value of past evaluations and produce useful processes and products to “maximiz[e] the strategic value of requesting, conducting and making use of [future] evaluations” at Operational Centre Brussels (OCB). 

Evaluation of Design and Build Process of MSF Health Facilities

The OCB Supply Chain aims to ensure timely and cost-effective provision of quality goods and services to all MSF OCB projects in highly complex environments. The evaluation assesses the extent to which the objectives of the OCB Supply Chain are being met and identify areas that work and those that need further adjustments.
